Ixigo.com is a totally fake and froud app.they stealing costumer money.i highly not recommend this app .fake and froud.i make 2 tikets from ahmdabad to Dubai in Etihad air 6 September 2023.ixigo make my ticket and other tikets of my daughter and wife tikets failed after 2 hours due to its own system error or any technical fault.icall to customer care for full refund of my both tikets but they say only failed tikets amount give me full refund and other my tikets not given full refund .this way they stolen my tikets money.my tikets amount 12470 rs.and they say me if I canceled my tikets they give me only 1000 rs. I say them this is totally your side fault you taking money from customer and same time you can't generat money to airlines company.thats way my tikets failed.this is totally ixigo's fault.i claims 10 time more my actual amount of my tikets but they can't accept this also.they can't refund my money. Hey Twisha, we wish to inform you that the TDR for your PNR is already filled on 18-Sep-2023 at 01:49:25 hours with the reason - Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled. Please note that the IRCTC might take up to 60 days or more in validation.

I have tried to book a ticket. Ticket is not booked but the amount is debited to my account. I have been trying to call theri customer service people at Delhi. They are saying they speak only Hindhi and do not replay to any questions in English and abruptly disconnecting the call. Worst service.

To give feedback for the service being provided.

I was booking a ticket from Secunderabad to VGLJ Jhansi in Dakshin Exp. Dt. 01-10-2023 on 19/09/2023. I chose UPI as mode of payment for this ticket. and payment was shown as unsuccessful in IXIGO site. A whatsapp message was also received. After waiting for Three/Four hours I again booked the same ticket for same date and same train. Second booked ticket (PNR 435508****) received by me in my mail id i.e. **v**a.***l. When I checked my bank account, both the amounts 626.56 and 626.55 were debited into my account. Only second ticket is showing in the ticket booking history. First transaction is showing nowhere. The failed payment didn't even show up in failed trips or cancelled payments page. I tried contacting ixigo in so called 24/7 which is of no use where I couldn't even describe my problem and I have tried calling the customer care too which is of no use too as the call didn't even connect instead it said "person at extension 171 is unavailable pls leave your message. The user's mailbox cannot accept more messages" I request ixigo team to look into this issue and reverse first entry and credit my account accordingly.
